How did thier operation go over easter weekend and were their flights full in the peakest of peak travel demand periods? If they cant make money over easter, they are cooked in the long run. (Full of course doesnt mean profitable, but I assume airafares were suitably priced to match demand…..).

The multi-city tool is fairly buggy. It particularly doesn’t like mixed carriers. I managed to get call fee waived after it kept crashing trying to ticket MEL-SIN-DXB-CDG, FRA-HEL-SIN-MEL so one option would be to try via call centre. It may be there is no combinable fares - another option...
