Anyone with flights taken in April received their bonus SC yet? I'm flabbergasted that recent flights in May get their bonus SC within a few days but those of us who flew in April have not received their bonus SC? Surely processing should be first in, first out? And with the power of computers...

Agree. One of the benefits of the Charge card was the customer service. The last 12 months, it has been absolutely horrendous and I'm dreading the task of having to explain things to them and getting them to do anything that resembles providing a "service".
