    Qantas Delays/Cancellations

Can someone tell me how the A 330 flights work between Brisbane and Lax please ? As in, does the QF 55 that arrives at 530 pm turn around and fly back 3 hrs later as QF16? I only ask in this thread as imagine if same plane was used there is chance for many delays

New Ultimate Awards card (uncapped till May 2020)

But no sign up bonus ? May suit a very select few but cant see its broad appeal in such a competitive market Unless they gave you Warnies Baggy Green for a month :)

    AY RTW Sale

Looks like the Finnair RTW sale is on now for 1 week from $5700. Too early for me :(

    AY RTW Sale

OK thanks. So basically the flight Hel-NYC-DFW would all be in BC and included in sale fare . After that make your own way to LAX for eg and the rejoin your itinerary

MadR - flexible really (live in Brisvegas) but was looking at Bri-LAX -Hel-Eur-Hel - USA-LAX-BRI In the USA section want to see other cities like San Antonio and Phoenix so could fly from Hel-LAX/NYC and just make my own arrangements to end up back at LAX for return or just asking if you did...

    AY RTW Sale

Just requesting some clarification on internal US flights. I know the 5 "seasonal" hubs Finnair fly to in USA from Helsinki but did read "they can include internal flights to some cities like Dallas on AA". My question is does the "RTW" fare include a BC flight on AA to Dallas (but not many...

    AY RTW Sale

Yeah thinking something similar but no Asia. Bri/Syd - San Fran-Hel (stay after long haul)- into Europe 1 then 2 - Hel- NYC - make way through couple of USA cities- SF or DFW-Syd/Bri

Free Qantas lounge pass for 18-35yo travellers in QF Y (Book by 31/8/19, travel by 29/2/20)

The offer itself doesnt particularly bother me but many lounges are crowded already. Maybe make it only before midday so bar not too crowded :)

    AY RTW Sale

No idea Levelnine but they have been fairly consistent most years?. What I do know is it takes a lot of planning and some flexibility so need to start at least looking a long way out. To be honest even their "standard" fare of around$7500 in BC seems pretty good value for what u get and compared...

    AY RTW Sale

Ok Oatek will keep an eye on that - was concerned with a 60 min window arriving from Europe and heading to USA. Thought that would involve a bit of immigration caper. Lynda - flight from Europe only 2.5 hrs after a week in Europe so really only on long haul of 11 hrs and would be in BC after all :)

    AY RTW Sale

"Permitted to fly into one and out of another destination to create a more flexible itinerary. Flights are via Helsinki " Yeah sounds like it is a set rule . Just a pity most direct flights from European cities arrive in Helsinki around or just after most flights from Helsinki to USA leave

    AY RTW Sale

I found another question :) Staying in Helsinki on way over so dont want to on way back to USA. If u fly into Europe via Helsinki do you have to fly back through Helsinki to USA or can you fly directly to USA eg NYC on an AY coded flight run by American Airlines?
