I presume you applied for an e-VOA prior to your arrival in Bali.

To confirm, a visit to Bali still requires the payment for an e-VOA but now also a payment of the Bali visitor tax, is that correct?

Velocity has just resent the email I received yesterday apologizing for the error and now showing the correct number of status credits I've accrued.

Glad to hear it wasn't just me that has the issue. I took screenshots from my velocity account showing the activity and I also attached copies of my e-tickets for the flights involved. From my phone inquiry, nothing is likely to change until after November 9 and will be resolved by November 30

Received an email yesterday to saying that I had "0 Out of 200 Status Credits" needed to complete the Status Challenge. Yet, since the end of August I had accrued 165 status credits as per my Velocity account summary. All the flights were on VA operated flights and on VA tickets. Anyone else...

Have you tried calling Velocity to see what's going on? I'd be interested in what they have to say.

Thanks for the clarification. I realised it had to be a VA flight number, I just wasn't sure if I could purchase ticket on a platform other than the VA website. I can buy the ticket on the AMEX travel website and use my soon to expire travel credit.

I too received the targeted email. I'm bit confused by one of the requirements that says apart from the flight having to be operated by VA (which is pretty self-explanatory), it requires the flight to be marketed by VA. Does this mean I can only purchase the ticket on the VA website or can I...
