You have to pay with Amex on an FHR booking, but it can be any Amex. Helpful when I had a Four Seasons offer on a different card, so booked through FHR, pay later at hotel, and gave them that different Amex card. Worked like a charm.

No Qantas offer on any of mine, and only got the Hilton offer on my Plat Charge and Plat AC - none of the credit cards.
