Hey all, I also have the 100SC challenge to complete by 28 Feb 2022. I should get 15SC from the Covid certificate gift by Qantas, which would leave me with only 85SC to acquire. So basically any suggestions ex-BNE?

My Plat status was up for review on 28 Feb 2022, but got an email this morning saying they would extend it for 8 months, which is the end of October 2022. Seems a peculiar extension length that doesn't align with anything else they've done previously?

I finally received an email tonight saying the service request is being processed after previously receiving no feedback. I submitted on the 20th May and sent a follow up email on the 4th June. So fingers crossed it follows the same process as others and I'm status matched within the next week.

Same. I submitted my info on the afternoon of the 20th May with everything required. Haven't had a response nor anything in the service request area showing. I just flicked a follow up email replying to my intitial one to see if they received it....

Both are domestic thankfully. BNE-SYD return and BNE-HTI return. Thanks for the advice all. I'll sit tight for now and hope it works out. As people have mentioned, there are others with far more pressing issues to deal with at the moment.

Hi All, I'm currently Velocity SG and got the email about the extension, but I have a slightly different dilemma. I currently have close to 1,500 SC's, with a big chunk of that expiring on August 4th. However, I only have 4 VA sectors completed the last 12 months, hence why I'm not yet...

Thanks. I have flown PE on a QF 747 before, but couldn't remember if it was the new config or not, plus we were in the back row, and I really didn't pay much attention to the seating setup at the time. My main concern was primarily if the bulkhead and proximity to toilets would be an issue.

My wife and I are going to BNE-SIN later in the year (QF51) in PE. Are 34A and 34B good seats for a couple (new 747 config)? I currently have these seats allocated, and the only other seats currently available are 3 rows of the 4-across middle seats, 38J and 39A/B. I notice that the bulkheads...

Very interesting reading the stories on here....the general theme seems to be inconsistency! Some people get treated very well and compensated nicely (maybe excessively??), while others draw the short straw and are treated like second class citizens. Touch wood, I haven't had any major delays...
