Better food, better wine. Though sometimes the breakfasts can be a miss, and I have asked for the basic eggs and bacon/sausage from economy. Recent experience last week to YVR with a vegetable tart for breakfast as the only hot option wasn’t great.

I think it is funny they didn’t include the “remove your masks before fitting the oxygen” part that is still said after completion of the video.

I have think I have had 3 or 4 A380 flights since May that hasn’t had a second meal. Got a small surprise when actually served breakfast recently. The crew had a knowing smile when I mentioned this is a bit of a shock to get a second meal that isnt just a muffin! :)

Was a daytime flight, food was quite OK. Nothing special, nothing wrong.

Flew United Premium Plus in April LAX - EWR. Comfy seat, good service, group 1 boarding, no issues. Better than domestic business in Australia.

I got two J seats SYD- HKG late December 2023. Booked them early Jan this year. You may be a little late to the party.

I have noticed this a fair bit quite recently as well out of BNE, SYD and ADL.

I am running at 4/10 successful upgrades this year on long haul flights. Fairly happy with that. Premium cabins are all very full. Other flights have all been on Emirates/ OW partners and not expecting a surprise upgrade like they used to do several years ago.

Echoing everything above. Do seat selection and checkin on the website/app of whatever metal you are flying. Same as when you turn up at the airport, you check in at the Emirates desk not the Qantas one.

Was reluctantly let through the fast track security line with an APEC card (WP flying Y+/W) in July and May. Fast track security line wasnt opened 10 days ago when leaving on an evening flight.

Have used the AirFly pro on three trips Aus-Europe this year and have had no problems. In fact i would hesitate to go back to a wired set of headphones. Depending on how much you sleep on one legs depends on whether you need to charge it during your transit. Or just plug it into an adjacent USB...

Haven’t done anything. Was more just curious. To be basically pressured into moving seats when there are options to pre-select your own annoyed me. I did mention to the CSM during their greeting that there had been some seat changes, as I could see there was a bit of a confused look on his face...
