Two months later I have received my 10,000 bonus pts. 'Twas a matter of persistence and connecting with the right agent (I suspect.) But a lesson for future bonus offers, to get the transfer done earlier with Amplify.
@ozflier - they appear to be weekend dates. You may have better luck with midweek (despite the I9 indicator, my success when providing a week of dates has always been Tues/Wed.)
There no longer appears to be priority release -- or any release -- of award seats on major international routes. Which is what makes the opportunity to request release of these seats even more valuable.
My issue: my last transfer from Amplify was on 29/1. Pts appears on my activity statement: Activity Date 29/1, Process Date 9/2. I received bonus pts for my other transfers but not this (significant) one.

@Katie, usually the points are deducted instantly (my experience) but there can be hiccups. The important thing is to ensure the ticketing happens. With my 2 on the weekend, one ticketed within hours and the other (a simple domestic route) I'm still waiting on. Like yours, this one shows in the...
