The Virgin Atlantic ones have to be done through the Membership Centre if they don't post, so gave it to them via phone with the missing VA ones MEL to LAX also. I haven't done the NZ ones through the online claim - as there was three of us I sent the details to Retro email address.

Eastwest101 I got my card 18 months ago when they had a 20k bonus after your first purchase. Different deal. I do remember that some people had to chase down their points. Mine came through pretty quick. Persistence will be required in making sure you get the points under the current deal.

I am hoping that nothing will be downgraded at all. If anything I would like to see some new perks or bonuses to celebrate the change across. We will see I guess.

Keep chasing it robd. You will get there. When I got my Virgin Money Card with the 20k bonus the points appeared very quickly. Lots of others have needed to chase their bonuses down. Good luck.

80000 points is very sweet for an exchange with the other perks. Was thinking about the 5000 points deal on the velocity Amex card. More to think about now.
