You are totally off the mark here. Currently have a 2016 Mike Press shiraz open, it's good, a super vibrant young Adelaide Hills Shiraz....absolutely amazing value for the money(went the 4 Doz for $400). I would recommend it to anyone at the price point.

Yeah, sounds like a nice wine and the style is right in my wheelhouse. Looking forward to trying it. As much as I enjoy lighter styles(and get enticed by the reviews..), so often when I venture into the cellar, the first thing I'm looking for is a Barossa Shiraz....

It doesn't make sense why they would discount a wine like this so heavily(export fail??), but you do see these sort of pricing errors sometimes. It's our job to snaffle it up, no wonder I have so much wine! Just boomed on another 2 doz for friends(hopefully its TF), otherwise I won't be running...

Maybe a failed export order as I have never seen TF under cork locally? I don't see the Michael Hall on Dan's website. I don't mind taking a punt, as I was on the lookout for some Barossa Shiraz anyway. But if it was confirmed as TF, I would love to get some friends onto it.

Great list, Penfolds make nice wines, but their 'house style' gets a bit boring after a while. I do still enjoy them, but as I progress through my wine drinking journey, there are much better places to spend my $$ for both value and interest reasons.

If so, that is possibly the biggest bargain of all time. I've boomed on 2 doz, Turkey Flat at $15/btl is crazy talk.

Just trying the Leconfield Cab, pretty average wine and I can see why it was being remaindered, ok for 10 bucks but that's about it.
