XFA's last flight is slated to be VA474 BNE-PER on 2nd Jan, after which it will position to MNL for maintenance. So will it be a Refit? Or just a C / D Check?

I've heard that if you have the old ARRIVAL (Yellow) cards which state the old cigarette allowance (was 250 now 50?)... Customs may not penalize you for non-compliance (provided its still under 250 and not half a pallet-load)? Not a smoker myself, but curious to know if it works?

I can't remember the date (think it may have been 23rd July) but the Australian confirmed that QF are building another QP in Terminal 3, on the ground floor opposite where Virgin's lounge is at the moment. To facilitate the flights they will operate in that terminal soon.

Although it is still in its infancy, I use the flight search engine at routehappy.com which will give you an indication of which airlines operate which aircraft/config and their respective score based on lie-flat seats, WI-FI availability, etc. Found it to be pretty good so far!
