Nope, but Priority Plus which is issued as part of Amex benefits provides access to many lounges, including Rex.

Does anyone know when the Rex lounge at Melbourne airport will reopen to Priority Pass card holders ? I was turned away from the lounge this morning despite the App. saying that the lounge reopens today - the 17th a March.

Thanks Melburnian.... I checked PAL out, but I would need to arrive and depart from Heathrow whereas I would prefer to depart from Rome. Also, it's considerably more expensive that Qatar and Emirates.
