Thank you all from Bayside (gender male). So now I better understand the accounting technique used by Qantas to arrive at the SC number of 315. Simple really!! No need to contact Qantas which is a relief.

Just checked my FF statement and on the 1st of September they expired 475 SC's and then gave me a credit boost of 315 SC's. An overall loss of 160 SC's. Looks like I'll be on the phone today to sort out!.

I've been earning a lot of points while in lockdown taking advantage of some very good Qantas wine offers with bonus points! You will have to spend from $200-240 to earn 5000 points which will get you through. The points are credited within 3 days.

Good luck because I don't think the word refund is in the Accor dictionary!

Nice gesture by Accor but they now need to be more lenient with people wishing to transfer existing bookings to a date well into 2021.

Thank You SeaWolf, Agree our best option is to approach each hotel individually and plead for mercy. I don't find Accor HO all that helpful or useful and they generally won't override an individual hotel.
