I'm a huge fan of the Westpac Altitude Black but I applied for this one last month as it works out better in terms of $$$ per bonus point.
This would definitely rank in the top 3 credit card offers for my fellow churners out there.
I'm getting rid of this card too in another week for the exact same reason. They almost jeopardised my home loan application with another bank due to the fact that we couldn't access the statements.
Happy that I applied just before they flicked over to this new deal. Noticed that Westpac have done the same with their Altitude Black offer, which is why I opted for the ANZ Black card as I only wanted to hold a card for 11 months.
My experience with Qantas Refunds has been great. Flight cancelled in April took about a month to refund points and taxed.
Another flight that's been cancelled in June got refunded back to my credit card last week.
Likewise, AirBNB has also been great with refunds.
