Yes - I think I have another one in me having served relevant exclusion periods. There is a risk of a hit to your credit score with multiple applications, but I have not seen mine decline excessively (if at all) with 3 applications so far this year.

There is also a new emergency code 7400 for RPAS Loss of Link. The squawk (SSR) code is generated by the ATC system from a number of pre-configured groups of codes. One code per flight leg. For example there are "international" code groups and "domestic" code groups assigned to each country...

Given these differences, as a pilot what cues did you have, or need, to remember which version you were flying on any particular day? Seems the variations would require quite different handling - I assume it was a common type endorsement.

We did a short hop FRA - GVA with LH (Euro J) about 3 years ago. Pleasant enough, reasonably quiet. Favourite aircraft type: A380. Least favourite (relatively recently) Emirates B777 in Y. Surprise honourable mention - Garuda A330 in J
