    Love that Qantas allow unlimited date changes. Don't convert to credit, just change date. Hubby did on a flight to Canada, and got an instant refund because the new flight had lower fares available.

    Has anyone had their missing points credited back yet? NAB changed loyalty program managers and in the process 'lost' the handover from the credit card points to qantas program. They fixed the ongoing bit so from October on points are being credited automatically, but the points on the August...

    The 'known' problem is NAB changed loyalty managers and 'broke' the auto crediting from NAB rewards to qantas. Still missing points fro Aug & Sept.
