Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

Rollercoaster. Just had a call-they are now going to honour my order (only 2) despite me agreeing to refund earlier

Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

I will. It doesn't look like a big business, was clearly a mistake and the offer is easy-come easy-go for me. Quite understand others feeling differently

Me too:( He said I was the nicest person he'd spoken to so far

Dan Murphy's and Other Wine Deals

It has changed now. Maybe it's a genuine mistake but could be a devious way of getting contact details for people willing to spend at least moderate amounts on wine

    New [Amex] statement credits

I had an offer for a BP fuel card on my barely used Accelerator Spend $2000 by 31/10/19 for 8000 points If I happened to run a fleet, the hassle of changing everyone to a single fuel card would not be worth that morsel of points

Loyalty programs - worse than cigarettes or crack cocaine.

Another similarity is that although you can 'win' with a small pile of chips, it's easier with a big pile

Loyalty programs - worse than cigarettes or crack cocaine.

Gambling is also a potent dopamine trigger as evidenced by its popularity (and profiiltabity) throughout history. I sometimes think of Loyalty Programmes as a Casino. We are currently playing Poker where the experienced Member having more skill than their table-mates will (more-often-than-not)...

    ACCC slams loyalty schemes

I agree this needs a separate and obvious "are you sure" box. The excited infrequent redeemer deserves that level of protection. ......though I'm quite happy for strangers to buy toasters or Any Seats

    Shopback Referral

I used a link from above to start my Shopback account. Have since earned well at Cellarmasters and Groupon. Thank you for considering using my link below https://app.shopback.com/aus?raf=dLRNEo&slug=referred-signup-bonus

Note that the $100 myperfect cards have a $6.95 surcharge

    Coles gift card offers

Or the card you use at Coles earns sufficiently more points than you would earn at the place you redeem the myperfect (even better if that place has a CC surcharge)

Regain status OR one world classic award?

You are correct Poster was referring to buying a (hopefully cheap) RTW instead of the OWE award

    Coles gift card offers

Was thinking through BettyB's suggestion of AGL (to which I have access) Only Visa and MC so a bit less on the points-earn compared to Amex I could consider if there was a similar app to the WW to store the Coles e-GC balances
