I'm trying to figure out if % conversion charge is changing also for overseas ATM withdrawals. The new terms and conditions indicate a 2.5% conversion charge.

I booked flights on the 2nd April, but only read the email and registered on the 3rd April. The fine print indicates to me that the flights I booked are still eligible for status credits, but it's not clear to me. Does one have to register before booking, or just register before end of offer...
