FWIW my experience this morning: Short version: Communication with Qantas on 25/3 with them agreeing to full refund. Received the "Your Refund Request – Action Required Email" April 9 (6 days ago). Rang this am: refund in progress, has gone through to payments, do not respond to email...

2065 gone on June 30, including 605 from J Mel-Hamburg return June 25-29.... Only saving grace seems to be 2 x 50 bonuses held over to/chosen today.
