hmm,not so sure.The one time I flew F on MH they had trouble even policing the seats. KUL-CDG, the F cabin was a lot fuller on landing than on take off. VA will often let row 3 or 4 use the J toilets if you ask nicely.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but have been thinking about this as the 'evolved' system is getting closer to kicking in. It looks harder to earn/maintain status. But there doesn't seem to be anything to say Accor won't have status points bonus specials, just like QF occasionally does.

Yes, because OTAs cost the hotels. My experience is that Accor hotels will honour status benefits but not award any points for OTA bookings. Actually, it seems relatively common to find better room prices booking via Accor vs OTAs. They have lots of sales.

I arrived on that same flight and was able to check my bag in to QF at 6am, on the proviso that it weighed less than (IIRC) 20kg. If it had been heavier I would have had to wait until 7am for someone else to arrive. The issue was it being too heavy for the sole check in agent. The bag didn't go...
