elbarto, please ring the call center even if you can't find the receipts. Ask to be put through to a supervisor or to have a supervisor call you back. I have spoken directly to supervisors before and given them dates of specific purchases. They have the ability to look up individual transactions just based on the date of the transaction and the store you went to.
With the Woolworths bonus offer, was the purchase over $30? If it was there would hopefully be a fuel voucher generated from that visit. If that voucher is there then that gives at least some proof of the transaction. It might take some work on the phone to get through to someone who can understand the situation, but please be patient and persistent. Good luck.

Well yes and no. While I was making some note about the offer, my partner pointed out the Woolworths offer was spend $20 and over on Fruit and Vegetables. Which a quick tally of the produce items on the receipt shows was only $14.00. So no bonus points for that one. Every time we have to requested points that did not post, we should get bonus points! As an incentive to improve their performance!
Thought my points weren't going to post from a bonus offer. Remembered thinking at the time that I must keep this receipt just in case. Checking, checking, checking..... Took about 2 weeks, but points finally posted. Thank God, cause I can't find the receipt anywhere.
As I posted in the EDR bonus thread, I'm still waiting for mine from the Macro bonus offer - hoping they get processed in the Friday run.

As I mentioned in the other thread, mine posted last night and it looks like they counted all the shops including the few I did where the receipts remained in my pocket when the clothes got washed!
