The QFF CEO event thread (and AFF associated interactions)

Hi all - Having seen that Lindsay Wilson has almost worked out who is going I thought we might set up a breakaway thread to work what/if we do anything around the event including organising any live blogging from the event itself (given I assume it isnt all just the lunch discussion with the QFF CEO given the WP1 announcements).

Post-event HP's

On a post-lunch watering hole visit, I'm more than happy to join in for that assuming I don't have too horrific a itinerary ex-PER.

Livecasting

I have asked Red Roo via PM last night for clarification to ensure there's no problems with any of us live tweeting/blogging.

If they are ok with this, who amongst us is planning to do what? My personal plan is to live tweet the key points, and then hopefully a reasonably comprehensive post-game blog from audio/written notes.

Also for the twitter crowd, could we agree on a twitter hashtag beforehand to make things easier - something short and simple like #qfflunch perhaps?

If there's a few of us who might consider tweeting, it will be possible to setup a livestream so those who don't tweet can follow the discussion via the web.

I will be happy to stay for a couple of drinks (subject to us not getting QFF to fund drinks at Rockpool for the afternoon). I have tweeted before but not much - happy for others to lead a charge - most of my comments will be on the food of course
