I've had the travel agent book a return flight from SIN to SYD via DRW. I notice the SIN to DRW leg is Class S and DRW to SYD is Class R. The question is, are these the JetFlex fares that I requested so as to get my QF Status Credits. I guess I should point out that these are JQ flights.

Would you happen to know how these Fare Codes map to the new Jetstar Fares? (Starter, Plus, Max etc.)

Where on my Jet* itinerary can I find the class I've booked? I've tried checking my booking on their website but no luck there either. The fare was at a good discount.

I remember paying for a 'bundle' which included QF points, SCs and hopefully allowing me lounge access in SIN with my QF gold card.

I haven't flown them before but decided I could do with a few months travelling around SE Asia using Jet* and Air Asia. Just for something different.

On the itinerary, it should says something like "starter", "starter plus", or "starter max" for economy class bookings. For the bundle that you are referring to, it's probably a "plus", or a "max" booking. "Plus" earns you QF points and status at discount economy rate, while "max" earns at full economy. You can also access the lounge in SIN (or any QF lounges for that matter), whether you have purchased bundles or not.

The fare classes on Jetstar are now pretty much redundent from a passenger point of view. Any fare class can earn points, but you have to add that bundle.
