Anyway around the minimal segment rule?

I assume its not but thought i would ask you gurus here.

Situation

Mrs Scheps has 345 SC but only has 2 segments flown. Trying to avoid flying for no reason other than to get the segments but I guess short of calling them up, there is no other way is there?

AFAIK there is no getting around the 4 segment rule. QF flight numbers will do (doesn't have to be QF metal), but nothing less than 4 will suffice.

And calling them wont have any effect either. It is a hard and fast rule.
