Hi guys, I've searched the internet high and low and still haven't quite found what im looking for. I'm looking for a CRM that integrates with Google (calendar/tasks/docs etc.) and my iPhone and at a pinch, Outlook, as well...
In my search i have found Etolos which isn't bad but isn't the easiest program to work out and seems a bit Mickey Mouseish too. Checked out Salesforce and that wasn't too bad but seemed too OTT for what i needed. What do you guys use?

last time i did it, i got promotional material from sfdc (salesforce), netsuite and maximizer.
also, try sage (sage crm, act!), sydney office, ask for troy
locally, try accentsoftware.com.au (ask for kerry) and legrand.
