We are off to Fiji shortly and will be staying on the coral coast and wondering is it cheaper and easier to take a taxi from the airport or pre book a car for both journey's?

Depends what time you're landing, if it's later in the evening I'd be inclined to pre-book it to save hassles.
Coral Coast is about an hour away depending on which resort.
