Hands up... Who else asks for a seat where there is nobody near you.. Or an aisle?
I certainly do!!
And do you then talk during the movie?
Aisle three quarters of the way up , stretch the legs out and enjoy a choc top with nuts of course !![]()
More to the point - does anyone actually sit in the allocated seat ?????
Yes. Nothing worse than someone showing up once the movie has started to find their seat taken and the inevitable cascade of seat shuffles that follows. I've seen people almost come to blows because they want the seat they specifically chose on booking ( and of course they're entitled to it).
I don't like people sitting behind me. I saw End of Watch and there was 5 other people in the cinema, some clown sat directly behind me. :|
I prefer to see movies in Gold Class.
I rarely go to the cinema due to having the small child and no reliable grandparents for baby sitting. As such when I go I only go gold class.
I actually dont like the allocated seating in regular cinemas - it feels alien to me - although I am getting to like it more.
I have my iPad... it is ... precious to me...
