Are you able to let us know by what criteria Virgin used to select some Plat for double status credits and others not?

I was wondering if you are aware of any issues with ebay recording transactions?

I've made a number of purchases via the S&E website with ebay and it's been a few weeks without some of the transactions being recorded:
