Arrivals lounge at T3 Heathrow

I will be arriving in LHR on QF31 at 6.20am on 1/3 than transferring to Luton for Spain flight at midday. Can anyone tell me what the arrivals lounge at T3 is like as we would like to shower and eat b/fast before heading to Luton. Travelling business with QF.
