You can only use QF points in the QF website, but getting one J/F award is hard enough, let alone 4! That might be a lost cause.

No. I don't believe so. You'd need to be a OWS (Sapphire - blue) / Gold member to access a OneWorld lounge when flying on a OneWorld airline.
