Hello from Perth

I have just joined your interesting discussion board, so I am as new in it as it can be

I live 40 kms south of Perth in a semi rural environment, with my lovely wife and son, 3 beautiful dogs and several well fed goats.

Unfortunately, I had the most unbelievably unpleasant experience a couple of days ago with the representative of Singapore Airlines at Perth International Airport.

An email summarizing the story was sent to Singapore Airlines management, and I am awaiting their response.

Has anyone experienced rudeness or inappropriate behaviour from the Airlines? We would be most interested to hear your story.

We will keep you informed once we hear back from the Airlines.

This is just an introduction on how I found out about your forum and discussion board.

Thank you all; to keep you updated I received return email receipts from the Airliner, so my complaint must have been read this morning. Hope that the management is sensible and that they will do the right thing. Will keep you posted.

Indeed, I am near Oakford about 15 minutes from the T junction Thomas and Nicholson Rd - Small world

I am expecting a reply from Singapore Airlines' management today as it will be 2 working days by lunch time. I am intrigued as to how they will handle it. May be they will treat my complaint with disregard as they treated me as a passenger! Hope not but will see.

It is a bit sunny today in Perth so this is good for my holiday
