Hong Kong 3 Bedroom Apartments for 1 week?

I've been trawling through the internet and can't seem to find anything re: short term 3 bedroom apartments. My family and I are heading over there for a week at Christmas.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

The next best thing is that my family and I just go to a hotel and we get two rooms - not ideal, as we were hoping to have a kitchen to cook a nice christmas lunch.

Did you end up finding an apartment? We (three couples) are heading to Hong Kong in March (for about a week) and we are looking for the same thing so we all stay together without shelling out the extra for three hotel rooms.

Have you checked this out? No three bedrooms per-se I think, but maybe you can do 2 bedroom + 1 bedroom in the same building.

I also struggle to find hotel rooms that have 3 separate beds. Most I can find are two singles and a rollaway bed.
