• Timing of onward connection from Los Angeles

Our new member tsschatswood is seeking advise about the timing of an onward connection from Los Angeles. Our member is arriving in LAX at 6:25 and then plans to travel on to Fort Lauderdale Florida
Virgin America has a direct flight (334) departing LAX at 10:15 on 30 October and we wondered whether it is feasible to try and catch that flight in view of the comparatively short period between flights
The advise from our learned members is
You have a mini lottery on your hands
    Most members agree that
It should be okay as long as things are running to schedule, however any delays ex Aus may put a spanner in the works
    The consensus is that
as long as the ticket is flexible it is worth taking the risk.

Re: Changes to Qantas Lounges in Singapore

And I'm not a fan of the F shower - no hot water on my last two visits (Feb and May) - I've taken to using the J showers instead.

Re: Which Energy Companies take AMEX currently?

Synergy (WA) does as does Alinta (gas in WA). However Alinta won't do it for direct debit - laziness on their part I guess.

Re: I need your *urgent* advice. QF or VA in business to LA?

I've researched Air NZ's J class on the 773 and it's quite impressive. I have flown Virgin Atlantic J (herringbone seat) a few times in the past and whilst Air NZ has the same product, it's nice to...

I think you will find that these people are getting an extra layer of security - their information is more valuable than yours so should be protected. Often that is within organisations rather than...
