• Very cheap business class points + pay redemptions

    Our member smit0847 discovers a great bargain! When booking a Virgin flight from Melbourne to Adelaide, our member decided to check-out the “points and pay” option, and managed to snag a Business Class flight for just 6,600 Velocity points + $37.
    I know people value velocity points differently but I think that 6,600 + $37 for a $499 Business Fare is incredible value
    As it turns out, this option was actually discussed in some detail back in June where the AFF view is that the Virgin “points and pay” option is fantastic value.

    I think using the minimum number of points for domestic J fares with the maximum amount of 'pay' possible is currently the very best value for using Velocity points
