Nothing to the UK thought and only specific flight numbers like QF31/32 which is interesting.

I think QF (certainly on some days) have a very full A380 from SIN to LHR. might try to mix and match a SYD SIN and SIN LHR flight.

No, only for sale for travel originating from the cities mentioned AFAIK.
