Shame people actually buy into these... What the person doesn't say is that there is a $50($75) per person per flight change fee + ANY applicable fare difference, and so it was bought as a 2-for-1 deal you would be looking at atleast another $1000+

Assuming it's a Jetsaver fare and not JetPlus or JetFlex:

Passenger name change

Except as stated below, changes permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure. A change fee plus any fare difference to re-book*~~ is applicable per passenger, per flight change.

Change permitted through Jetstar Telephone Reservations, GSA or at the Airport. Not available on jetstar.com. See below for current fees.

Name changes must be made per passenger, per booking and cannot be made per inbound or outbound flight only.

Name changes are not permitted on Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Award bookings.
