It’s time for another annual entry, as my third year of being a member of this community comes to a close, and my fourth begins. On the status level I managed to eventually reach the heights of QF WP before my year ended a couple months ago and although I’m yet to fly this membership year, I’m evaluating all options to retain WP. So here I am again, posting after 2 years this time, of membership on AFF. It’s been an exciting, at times, year, and my knowledge has expanded even further. I’ve managed to move from a QP NB to a QP PS and not long after, a QF SG. My current goal is retaining QF SG and then I shall be looking at the viability of reaching the lofty heights of QF WP. I’ve now been a member here for 1 year and have to say I’m really enjoying the community and am glad it’s been so accepting of me. I joined because I was flying CX less and couldn’t retain my CX Silver membership (which gave me lounge access when flying CX), but read I could buy discounted QP membership through the site and that in turn sparked my interest in flying around Australia, meeting new people and seeing new things. Since 2003 I’ve blogged away with several different programs, losing countless entries as I’ve transitioned between them, but always once a day at the minimum. To date that puts me at over 2100 entries, but finding them isn’t the easiest thing to do anymore. My current blog is located on my own website and I try my best to publish it everyday.
