Has anyone travelled with them in business class recently? If so, how were they. I've read varying reports and am interested to learn about them as I'm considering travelling Syd to Europe with them.

Just had Velocity tell me that a D class business fare from KUL to EZE (Buenos Aires) on Malaysian Airlines in January is ineligible for points. This was not shown on the Velocity web site. Anyone else had this problem?
