Arrivals lounge at T3 Heathrow

I will be arriving in LHR on QF31 at 6.20am on 1/3 than transferring to Luton for Spain flight at midday. Can anyone tell me what the arrivals lounge at T3 is like as we would like to shower and eat b/fast before heading to Luton. Travelling business with QF.

    Have flown QF business to LHR many times. Not aware that entitles to arrival lounge. Paid lounge available on Priority Pass but i never tried that. How are you going to Luton - better allow a lot of time if you are using public transport.
