Yesterday I did a day trip to MEL. Nothing unusual about that as I do them a couple of times a year without fail. But what made yesterdays trip different was for some reason my mobile internet (with 3) had issues.

I had no problems with it in CBR both before I left and after I got back, but for some reason whilst in MEL it just all fell over (long periods of no internet connection at all, and when a connection was established it was so slow it made a 56K modem look fast).

Whilst it didn't stop my meetings down there from going ahead (as it was simply talking, no demo's) it was a really annoying as there was things I wanted to check on whilst I was away.
