flying out of sydney to briz on friday and commented to fellow traveller about the 3 huge bags the young lady in line in front of us was totting. unexpected the qantas member checking boarding passes(after checking her pass) pulled her aside and in a loud voice stated the passenger couldn't take all 3 bags on and took her off to check the bags in. turned around and noted that everyone in the line had a huge grin on their face..... finally some sanity. good on qantas.
