Miles and More is like Krisflyer and Air NZ Airpoints.
Unless you are throwing huge $$$ at them and travelling in C/F, they don't want to know you.
Use them at your peril! (and I'm not a 2 post wonder!).

This is much like the QANTAS Frequent Flyer Store, Velocity Rewards Store or the Etihad Guest Reward Shop. NB, The value of a point seems to be a LOT lower than what you'd get in the above stores though...
e.g
iPod Touch 32GB - 42,322 EY Guest Miles
iPod Touch 32GB - 60.5k QFF
iPod Touch 32GB - 59.9k Velocity Rewards
iPod Touch 64GB - 69k CX Asia Miles
iPod Touch 16GB - 90.9k LH M&M
iPod Touch 16GB - 120k EK Skywards iPod Touch 32GB - 125k EK Skywards

M+M seems to match those who are really travelling in EU a lot, or rather from the EU a lot.
And yes, premium travel - especially longhaul - helps a lot, especially if you are going for HON status.
Either way, getting SEN or even HON is a lot more expensive than getting QF WP, or even DJ Gold.
